Went ahead and ordered from H22A

Need heatsinks for SINGLE LUXIII BUILD w/round type slug

I know I can get 'em from over seas, but was wondering if any "old timers" had some of these laying around they would part with..

Would be interested in 5 or 6

Thanks..

LuxIII DD are still a great build!!!!

Gordon aka:skillet

Need the ones that will accommodate the round slug

Gordon if your going to the trouble to built these lights why wouldn't you use a the latest in LED technology and get more than double the light for the same effort and battery drain?

If I'm not mistaken, the Mag D P4 heatsinks from H22A would suit the LuxIII just fine...

Thanks for the question, Norm...

1. Versatility in that this type build can run on 3 C or D alkalines..
2. Simplicity in that this type build is Direct Drive
3. Affordability in that this build is now VERY cost effective
4. And shucks, I just like it!! I have built over 30 of these for family and friends
and people keep coming back for more... I made a little money back in the day.. Now I just try to break even...

I have owned and do own BRIGHT lights... In fact, I have seen so many, that even what in times past I would have considered astounding, are now mediocre at best...

These builds fill a gap here... And I'm glad to shovel 'em in!!

Even by using a Seoul P4 LED in place of the Luxeon you are able to continue doing everything as you have in the past, no changes needed but your light output will almost double.

Looks like it'll suit a round bodied Lux III to me! you should be familiar with these as you ordered some back in 2008 :D
