I just finished putting together a 2D mag with 4x XR-E Q3-5C emitters in it. I used an optic I purchased from download. It gives a very smooth beam but the hot spot is much tighter than I anticipated. Right now the light is about 80% hotspot/throw and 20% flood. I would like to know what reflectors or optic I could put in it that would give a smooth beam, but be a lot more flood, like 60% flood.
I would prefer to go with reflectors but am open to either.
So far this is about all I have found, but I am not sure if it would give the desired effect.
