Any idea how old the photo is?

And judging from the differences in color of the flashlight component, that's probably a customized lego piece.

I, of course, differ to the SMEs on board. :D

Also, just wanted to add that mis-matched andonizing on Surefire lights is quite common. Mis-matched colors don't always mean that two different lights were legoed together to form a new one. (Especially when Surefire lights are discussed).
