The reverberations of this 61mb file of private, prominent scientist's emails being made public are quite amazing, and all over the news. Those having sent the emails are reacting with utter panic. No matter where anyone is on the subject, this sort of thing illustrates the power of the internet, and letting the sunshine in.

Then on a somewhat related note, Connecticut based Health Net losing medical and financial records over a 7 year period of 1.5 million patients really inspires confidence regarding the push for all medical records going electronic and online. Food for thought as important decisions are being considered.
