Nov 28, 2009 #7 D donn_ Flashaholic Joined Oct 10, 2007 Messages 8,067 Location Great South Bay, LINY It's the Flaky Pastry Dough recipe in the Pies and Tarts section of Joy of Cooking, page 859. It's truly the best pie crust I've ever tasted. She (SWMBO) warmed up with these last week: Broccoli Cheddar on the left and Quiche Lorraine on the right, with Havarti instead of Swiss.
