As you know, Brightlumens is selling SST-50 & 90 heat sinks for Mag D. there's no SST-50 or 90 heat sink for Mag C yet.

I had to make heat sinks my self, I have one for sale, this was made from
a H22a mag C P7 heat sink, previously used in a P7 but in great condition.

I covered the surface with carbon fiber to protect it during filing,
I filed the center down to allow SST wires to be soldered from below.

The bare area after filing are covered with thin carpon thermo tape to restore electrical isolation (The yellow color). The heat sink is HAIII & is solid on the under side, so it's slightly bigger thermo mass than other P7 sink made with hollow under side.

One of the hole is enlarged to allow thicker wires. I tend to use thicker negative wire as electricity travels from negative to positive & will hit lED from the negative side, then flow through to positive side.

The Center is filed down to 5 mm wide, this will match with SST-50 or SST-90 solder pad for glue down. (The solder pad on SST-90 is 5mm wide & SST-50 is 5.5mm wide).

I have only one for sale, if you want to mod a Mag C SST-50 or SST-90 ,
this will allow you to do direct drive or use it with p7/MCE driver.
It'll be a lot brighter than putting SST-50 or SST-90 into P60 host or other smaller lights.

I don't recommend drive to full 5A, not because of the heat sink,
the heat sink will handle heat transfer to the body, but mag C body
thermo mass is too small to handle the heat from fully driven SST.

The Price is $19

Add $4 for shipping/PP fee. CANUS only.
