Nitcore D10 clip vs. EX10 clip - same size?

So,
I noticed that there are two different p/n for a clip for a D10 vs. an EX10. Is the EX10 just shorter - or is the intended diameter of the mount different?

Anyone have both that could post a side-by-side pic? Or describe the differences?

(I have a different project in mind, which is why I am wondering)

The D10 and EX10 have different diameter bodies, so the clips also have different diameters.

Thanks. I did find what I was looking for, sort of. None of the pics showed them tail standing side-by-side so I could only estimate the lengths, which look to be the same, just the diameter is different.

I think the actual clip is the same on both models and the only difference is in the backside plate. I am not 100% certain however.

I got one of each and they appeared identical. Held them up side-by-side and couldn't see a difference. Perhaps they started out different, but it was cheaper to just make the identical at some point.

One of the back plates had a hole that seemed to be stripped (wouldn't tighten). Put that end of the plate on a vise and held it down with a round punch slightly larger than the hole and gave the punch a couple taps with a hammer. Problem solved.

That is correct.

The clips are identical, the backer plates are different.
