I've got basically the same light (same drop-in, less the head) - use it with an 18650 - folks at work are amazed at the light from it.

Not a flood, not a hot spot - just a large area lit really well, good throw. Amazing light, and the way it will just slowly drop into a 6P as the air is displaced. Amazing.

Already got one and have another on order. It's not cheap compared to other drop-ins, but it is really something special.

I'll always consider trades.

I recently did a trade which brought me a 6-pack cooler filled with dry ice, two different kinds of Tuna and Striped Bass, along with a really cool headlamp.

The meat of striped bass is too soft and flakey when cooked, I prefer sea bass.

Wait this is a warm tinted version? I thought he meant it puts out 500 lumens when its warm? What chromaticity bin and how does it compare to a q3 5a?

Sorry for the confusing description. I edited it.

The emitters are XP-E P4 7A. I've never seen a Q3 5A, but there are comparative beamshots of this light and a warm Malkoff here.

I received the light today. Wasn't expecting it that quick. So far I love it and the tint. Can't wait to compare it to some other lights.

Thanks.
