As the title indicates, I am wondering what rechargeable LED flashlights charge in a cradle, but will also use non-rechargeable batteries. I know that the Pelican 8060 will do this, but what others will do this?

sounds like a very dangerous design, in the event that someone should mistake cells and drop it into the charger....:faint:

I am wondering how Pelican calculated for this, if at all. Our agency just replaced all our lights with these and they are great. I know they went with them in part because in an emergency operation when you don't have time to recharge primaries can be used and last for over 6 hours...
