Does this include the Der Wichtel PWM dimmer to feed them all the right amount of power?

Are the LEDS already fixed onto the heatsink? Have you used this DD with 3x Li-ion?

I have fixed the leds onto the heatsink, i had completed the mod and works excellent.Awesome output. I have it in a 4D host with 4 18650. I use of course the driver too, but i want to keep it.
It is just difficult to sell the whole mod as it is , i prefer to keep the host and the driver and sell the head for mods.
I haven't test it with direct draw, but i guess it will work fine. So many others have done so.
