Intro​

Presenting for your consideration, custom C size hosts, made ready for your favorite P60 drop-in. Combined with IMR battery technology, (see Power section), Tank Lights provide heavy sustained amperage in the smallest possible package. Five inches long (1C) and an inch and a half wide, these make the ideal body light.

Notes​

• With purchase of light means at least one body and at least one bezel or tailcap. Whole light indicates body, bezel & tailcap.
• Whole lights receive Nyogel 760G on threads and gaskets before shipment. Please indicate if you do NOT want this done.
• Weights given are approximate and absent of battery & light module
• Malkoff designations include standard, warm, and flood variants for both the M30 & M60.
• M30's must not be used in two cell configurations (5v or more)
• All items are made/modified in USA unless otherwise noted.

FAQ

• What does the rubber fitting ring do?
  M2 bezels are designed to allow drop ins to travel forward during extreme backward movement, as with recoil when mounted to a weapon. During this movement, the drop in may loose electrical contact with the body, momentarily turning off (flashing) the light. The fitting ring minimizes this movement, keeping less fragile LED modules in place. In practice, it solves/prevents connectivity issues with certain bezel/dropin/body configurations. Most do not need it, so its provided just in case.
• Just how small is this thing?
  With bezel installed, the 1C is about 5 inches long. Here is one beside a common household battery:

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought you were selling accessories for this light (which has traditionally been the "tank light" here on CPF: https://www.candlepowerforums.com/threads/92396

Sorry for not being clear. These are compatible with all D26/P60 style drop ins. Anything that works in single cell 6P will work with the 1C and anything that works with a dual cell 9P will work with the 2C.

Supplies of additional FM bodies are currently exhausted, but we have a few of the 2C configurations ready to ship.

Just want to add that if you have a drop-in that will operate in the 7.4v 2-cell range this is just about the best host you can get.

I wish you can offer batteryspace.com IMR26650 battery for sale as turnkey (since you have one 26650 host ready to ship)or alone for international customer like me.

I'm sure our international CPF brothers/sisters here will be very happy to purchase from you.

It will cost me $90 just to get 1 IMR26650 to Malaysia :mecry:

If the specs are to be believed, this 3rd chemistry offers all the safety and most of the discharge capability of IMRs with the capacity capabilities of standard lithium ions. If it was just that easy, every company in the battery universe would move over to it. If they are not, there's either a huge drawback or a lack of supply. If its the later, supply/demand says they would be hella expensive, which they are not.

So I'm a bit leery of the advantages, but I do have one 26650 body and one 26650 cell ready to ship.

Yup..coming to think of it, you are right. Nothing much of a difference between 26500 & 26650. AW IMR26500 is a proven product.

I'll stick to 26500 for now.

Hey EG,

I have had good luck with those BS 26650's...I beat um up pretty good in several types of lights. I cant say the 4000ma rating is right on but its not far off either.

edit: sorry that is not to bash AW cells, I use AW 26500's as well with great performance.

Can the tanks be ceramic coated as per some of your other offerings?

Did you have a color preference?
