CANUS only.

This is a New Stainless N-Cell flashlight I made from custom cut down from of a longer AAA cell Stainless Flash light.

Tail end is covered with carbon Fiber, has a small filing mark next to the bottom but too small to show in photo, has a gold ring in the middle of the body. it's beautiful looking & one of a kind, there is no second one on CPF! Great item for those who loves stainless steel flashlight!

If you've seen my FS threads, you'll know I only hand make each light one time! There won't be a second one, no need to PM me to make another if you are not the buyer.

"Man can never step into same river twice"

Runs on regular N cell or NiMn rechargeable N cell, beautiful beam too.
Cutting & grinding stainless steel is really hard to do, lot of hard work went into this.
This light is also capable of Running 10280, you just need to solder a drop of solder to the positive contact board in the head if you want to run 10280. As 10280 is slight shorter than N-Cell.

The picture from my point & shoot camera doesn't do it justice.

That kind of current draw will destroy a 10280 in no time. Looks like it needs a new driver, if you ever plan to run it with an N-cell or a 10280.

Re: FS: XPE R2 Stainless Steel N cell/10280 Flashlight 3 level Twisty

It's xxxxFire manufacture rating, they are not accurate.
I have no idea what current it is with N cell or 10280,
but I can tell it is less than if you'd run 10280 direct drive.

On my key chain light, I run direct drive with 10280 & XPE,
it's been several month, nothing has been damaged.

10280 & 10180 is so tiny, they do not act the same as bigger Li-ion.
Plenty of others have done the same, for example:
Draco turbo mode is 10280 direct drive
Wee hi mode is 10180 direct drive.

I am really sorry, I wish I could do Int. Shipping.
Due to my limitations, I can only do PP pick-up at my door as my day job is too demanding to make post office trips. Unfortunately, the custom etc. could not be done via. PP pick-up.

Sorry.

Do you have any idea how long the run time might be? Also, is it more of a thrower or flood? Thanks.

Re: Last drop before withdraw $29: XPE R2 Stainless Steel N cell/10280 3 level Twisty

Estimated run time about 1/2 hr with 500mah NiMN N cell

You can get these high capacity N-cell here for $1.99:
http://www.interstatebatteries.com/cs_eStore/Search.aspx/Redicom?dsNavigation=Nrc~id-3,N~4294609628

With 10280 Li-ion (Battery used by Draco, ~180mAh), it'll be slightly brighter but with shorter run time.

Small XPE R2 die combined with SMO reflector, making this light more of a mini thrower than flood.
For tiny lights, it's much harder to produce throw than to make flood, thus, making this tiny light more special.

Thanks for the quick reply. My gears are turning trying to find an excuse to justify buying another light after receiving 5 or 6 for Christmas! But, I am a lover of SS and mini throwers, and as you stated, not much choice with that combination.

The trick is to sell some flashlights at CPFMP, that way, you'll have plenty
of funds to play with new lights without feeling guilty

Thats one option for sure. Hmm....I'll have to look through my current stable when I go home for lunch and try to make a decision...
