Need a Dereelight CL1H fix.

Howdy folks,
First a belated Merry Christmas and Happy and well illuminated New Year.

Lately my trusty Dereelight CL1H has developed the annoying habit of requiring a thump on the side of the lens end on the butt of my left hand to turn on, sometimes a few thumps.

I took it apart and stretched the contact springs and it worked for a few days but "IT"S BACK". Not only annoying but downright embarrassing when I blow the horn of the CLIH and when I go to give it a trial, I have to thump and smack the light.

Any suggestions?

It was a loose tail cap switch. It's back to being perfect again.
