Ok, so I am new to flashlights in general. I saw someone mention 4 Sevens on a gun forum, clicked the link, and ended up getting a 123 Turbo. I dont think I have ever had something this much fun to play with.

Now my question is this. When I get a new gun, sometimes it needs a few things done to it before I shoot it (slick the trigger, clean the action, remove something etc). Does this Quark need anything done to it? Any secret mod? I know I can change the bodies and apparently change to one that uses a bigger battery for more power.

Also, would it be possible to fit the Quark with a striker head cap? I like the ones on the end of the Fenix lights, looks sort of aggressive, didnt know if it could be done to my light.

I'm ordering more 123 batts and some red/blue/green filters so far. I need the batts if I keep playing with this thing lol.

Rather than primaries I'd look into rechargeable CR123A batteries, they'll save you money in the long run. Or li-ions if you're feeling adventuresome.
