I don't see why not. If it's led, it should have no problem handing the extra 0.2 volts. I wouldn't hesitate to try it myself, but I cannot say for sure, I've never used a glo toob.
I have used lifepo4 batterys and other random led devices.
I would hazard to guess it would even be able to handle the extra voltage of an AW IMR16340 or his R123A.
As for fitment, you should be good.
I'd ask the person who sells them to be sure, or search around the forum a bit more, someone is bound to have tried it at some point.
