Are the threads on the tailcap end of the G2Z body the same size as the other 6V flashlights?

In other words, can a 6P tailcap be screwed onto the G2Z?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have a G2 (not Z) & a 6P. You can use the G2 cap on the 6P, but not the reverse. Has to do with one completing the circuit through the case & one through a metal sleeve. With the 6P cap on the G2, it's on all the time. TX

I've only had time to try the Z41 LOTC from one of my M2's and I've found it will screw on to the G2Z but the momentary switch does not work - screwing all the way on activates constant-on.

The G2Z LOTC fits and works on the M2 body though...

Thanks guys. That was the answer I was looking for. I have a non-Surefire product that screws into the end of the 6P, and the on/off switch is separate (so I need the behaviour to be always on).

I guess I'll have to get a G2Z now... bye bye money.
