Seeking comments about the Leatherman Monarch 400 1AA 45 lumen flashlight from owners.

What kind of LED does it use?
Does the tail switch provide for momentary operation?
Build quality?
How is the beam quality?
Floody?
Hotspot size?

The Monarch 400s are priced as low as $17.16 (plus shipping) from some sources.

it's nice, very nice build, and has a reverse clicky greenish tint light very close to the 45lumen stated, OP reflector gives very nice smooth beam. all aluminum body, no tail stand, no clip. IF you can get it for that price is an excellent deal I payed allot more for it.

edit: it has a Cree Q2
