I have a Tiablo 9 Aspherical and am looking for a similiar light that has a good flood without the doughnut hole. Like a solid wall of light. One that uses two 18650's. Been looking at DX, but looks like most have some problem. One that got a good review is out of stock.

Any suggestions.

Malkoff Devices M60-MC-E 20 degree flood light at 500 lumens turn on that will most definitely work great off of 2X18650's, especially in the MD4 host from same great Company. If you like warm tint than the M60 MC-E warm tint model at 450 lumens turn on is for you.

All around awesome light.

Some versions of the Peak First Responder are a floody wall of light, and can run with 2x 18650. Peak makes great quality lights.

I like my rc-29 for this, but doesn't use 18650's as per your specification.

I hope manufacturers start making more lights with aspherics, I don't know why they are so uncommon. I would love to see something from 47's or fenix with an aspheric and not have to go the route of a custom light.

+1

Peak's Night Patrol, Combat Patrol and FR1000 models are available with many optional battery compartments for just about any batteries you might ever want to use, including 2X18650. The P7 produces a very floody beam. Here are tubes for 2X14500/3XAA; 2X18650; 3XCR123; and 18650/2XRCR123

The only light that I have that I can consider a "tactical flood" is a SureFire L6 modded with a Cree MC-E in 2s2p. It is an awesome floody thrower that runs on a bored out tube with 2x18500 IMR batteries
