***SOLD*** First up, a Ti Aleph. Bought from Chuck614 and described as such- Ti aleph light, Mirage man body, Erin tailcap with McClicky, Delghi head. WITHDRAWN-Spy 005 #125, upgraded w/ seoul and STFU. Ti head and opening bead, I changed to a Raven tailcap from my other 005. Green trits. Body is beautiful, head has a few shiny spots, not quite rub marks, from the Holester I used to have. $550.00 **NOW $525.00** WITHDRAWN

Yes, the XR-U with the slightly longer head, allowing for use of different LE's. Has the High CR-I LE that came from Don.

Great price for the Ti Aleph light. Definitely far less than the sum of the parts. :thumbsup:

And which Aleph head - 1, 2, 3, 19? What size body, 123, 18650?

Aleph is a 123 sized light, very similar in size to the Haiku- has a McR 20s reflector, glow ring, and removable lightly crenelated bezel.

With all due respect, I think that the other LED's were just tests - from Don's post:

"The Nichia 083 and Cree XR-E light engines have been used in the original SunDrop and the Haiku, respectively. The Seoul P4 High CRI proto and Cree MC-E proto were built just for test and evaluation purposes."

Hope that helps - don't mean to hijack or correct - just help out a fellow CPF member!

I've got a thread around somewhere where I made a comparison of beams from various McGizmo lights (& I think a "standard" surefire) - to my surprise this one had a really really really nice beam. Mine is a LT-S, not sure how much difference that makes (I run mine on a AW 17670 as well).

You will like this light. Beautiful McGizmo, great price.

I think it was when I got my XR-U - which has a very nice (but different) beam & I wanted to make a comparison.
