Looking to anoint my shotgun with it's very own SF forend (918FA). I'd like to use a M60F drop-in in this. Anyone know if this is possible or advised? Thanks,

Yup, no problem! I have had a M60W in mine for a year now with no issues and maybe 200 duty 00B and slugs through it with no issues.
The M60F is a good idea for a shotgun light! However, realize that the light drops off pretty quick after like 50' or so.

Doh! Well if you are buying new anyways get a 618FA instead and then drop a Malkoff into it.

That's affirm. Check out post #27 on this thread. Great picture of the optimal setup. This is how mine in configured. The only difference is that Gene now has a rubber spacer instead of the metal one in front of the module.
