Had this in the bicycle forum, but thought I'd try it here since it is really a headlight. A friend is an avid rider, uses this with the stock NiMh battery pack, it is a single older K2 emitter. Seems like a perfect candidate for an XP-G (should be easy) or even rebuilding with a battery pack mounted hipCC or some other driver using an SST-50. Probably change out the battery pack to 18650's.
I don't want to break it, I have not been able to remove the bezel even with strap wrenches. Anyone played with one of these? Thanks,
