Greetings photon warriors...

Anyone know of a an upgrade kit that can convert the functionality of an L2-S1 (reverse-click, non-momentary) into that of a Z59 (momentary, forward-click)? I've just purchased a few L2M's to build, and while I really like the overall quality and modularity of the light, I much prefer the behavior of the Z59.

This kit seems like the closest I can find, but I'm not even sure that it would work. Thoughts?

And btw, thanks everyone for a great forum.

Could you take a picture of the innards of the switch? If it's built like the Jetbeam Jet-III switch this could be soldered onto the PCB replacing the reverse clickie.

A Fenix forward clicky will fit. It's not exactly "drop-in" though. You need to find a small washer that will fit over the narrow part of the switch at the button end. The Fenix switch contains the same switch as the KD switch, just already soldered to a board.

@Norm - That JETBeam module comes in four variants: any particular one?

I appreciate the info everyone.
