just call surefire.. they will mail it to you although their warranty state otherwise...
hence thats why ppl regard their customer service is excellent..
or if ur not in USA, just call up ur local surefire distributor.. I reckon they stock up some o-rings though..

Your local Ace hardware store should have a pretty wide range of o-rings and charts that you could match your SF o-ring to. Sorry, I don't know the size.
