Are there any CPFers that can eyeball this sign in person and tell us whether this is made of LEDs or neon? It looks really cool, especially with the colorful rainbow reflection over the water.

Just going by how saturated the blue looks, I'd say LED. And given the low temperatures, LED makes more sense over neon anyway ( I believe neon doesn't perform well when it gets cold ). Seeing how the 2008 Beijing Olympics were a virtual LED fest, it would honestly surprise me if those signs weren't LED. Olympic venues generally showcase the latest and greatest technology.
