Just so you don't get the wrong idea, the Z48 Clickie TailCap is not standard on the M2.
(The SW02 is not standard on the M3, but then the KL2 isn't either)

velcro, that is the sw2 clickie tailcap, also know as the fat charlie : )

The easy grip styling of the SW02 follows the SW01 - to be easy to grip and rotated by those in wet/cold/dirty etc environments, wearing gloves etc and under stress.
