Mods may want to move this to the Café, but I had to share this here as it had me in tucks!

I love my Mum to bits, and she tries to understand, but she doesn't quite get it...

I was telling her a couple of days ago about some of the flashlights I'd been looking at, and how I'd bought the TK40 for when I go walking, and a little A3 EOS for my pocket as a carry light. She'd been asking me the difference, and I'd been explaining about how small the emitters were compared to the big chunky torches she has around the house (most of which are pretty bad). I could see she was nodding but a lot of it was going over her head, so I'd tried to kind of simplify it a bit and I thought she got it.

I caught her telling a friend about how I was into flashlights now and had a fancy one with some sort of MRSA bulb. As if that wasn't funny enough, she then said they must use them in hostpitals too because the news had said they'd had MRSA there!

I swear I nearly had a pink-pee incident under a blacklight.
