Simple to use software to draw flashlights?

Guys, are there any easy to use programs that I can use to draw some flashlights>

I plan on having a lot of details on them such as knurling, screws and stuff like that and I do NOT read manuals as I don't understand them.

Any suggestions?

What am I looking for. Design software, cad, engineering software or what?

I find that Autocad Inventor (get the student version if you can, it's cheaper) is easy to understand and begin drawing in (once you learn the tools.)

Any screen captures I could see please?

do you know the underlying concepts of how they work?

because it might not be as u think: you do not just draw the flashlight...

you have to create element by element, define size, shape, etc and build a model

for alight, depending on how many pieces it is, it could take a while....
knurling isn't drawn per say just cross lines on the model but i think you have to define size/how deep it is/etc because program has to translate it into machine code afterwards.

my point being, it is not as simple as one might think

p.s many of the cad programs offer evaluation versions. i recomend getting them first and try it out before buying

Yeah, didn't think it would be easy and even worse when no one is there to show you.

Can you suggest a few that are suitable for this and I'll look for them?
