Newest Inova XO3 really 135 lumens?

Does anyone have the newest version of the XO3? The package says its rated at 135 lumens but it doesnt really look like 135 lumens to me. Does anyone have any tested specs on this light?

I have the '07 XO3 rated at 5.8W and it looks 60-80-ish. The beam is nice and smoothwith a fairly large and bright spill which is why it is in m y car.

I would like to know myself if the newest XO3 is 135 lumens. But it is most likely around 100. But if it is a true OTF rating, I'm getting one.
