No... you didn't. I had to use your email address to do a search of the database to see what your username was. The instructions are very clear and posted in several places on the Shopping Cart site...
In order to complete a transaction using this site, you MUST include your CPF and/or CPFMP username in the Special Instructions/Comments section of your order. Failure to do so will result in your transaction being voided and unprocessed.
