How to replace the switch/endcap on a 502B

Hi all

I have an Ultrafire 502B LED torch from Dealextreme. I'm interested in replacing the silicon endcap with a more interesting colour. Are there any guides around for how to do this? On my torch, the endcap seems to be help on very firmly.

Is there some way of removing the switch etc?

By the spring there are 2 little holes, get a Precision Straight Tweezers and turn anti clockwise from here you should be able to remove the rubber end cap.

Or you can use tooth picks.
