ok well i was thinking of getting something like a Fenix TK40 but ive heard some bad stuff about them. is there anything out there around the 150-250 dollar range that has about the same amount of lumens like 630 lumens
I just got a Jetbeam M1X (700 LED lumens, 450 out the front) for $116. There's also the Jetbeam M1S which has a 1000/750 mode for 3 min before dropping to M1X specs for $145.
From reading a lot of reviews on here it sounded like people tended to be more impressed with the beam characteristics of the M1X (even though it isn't as bright), which is why I chose it over the M2S.
