you can either try the spiderfire momentary-on tailcap that the flashligtstore_com sells on ebay (CAUTION more info on it here) or make one....all solutions are discribed here

Yes, but the costs will be higher than another ultrafire light 
You can have a look for the solarforce switches. and on the shiningbeam-page is also a romisen-switch-internals which should fit.
