Canadian Police Constable killed in the line of duty

Sadly another Police Constable has been killed in the line of duty. on 2010/03/08 Constable Vu Pham, a member of the Ontario Provincial Police, was shot and mortally wounded during an otherwise unremarkable traffic stop.

Let me extend my condolences to the Officer's family and LEOs' in Canada for the tragic lose...Car stops are the second dangerous aspect of the job and must stay vigilent even in what seems like a routine car stop.

I was reading about that incident earlier this afternoon but they weren't saying much to the press at the time, which is usually a bad sign.

I am all for proper justice... but it saddens me when I think of what a waste of life this was.
