Most likely it will be too big and heavy to fit comfortably in any headband. I doubt a headband exists, but of course you could get one and play with some duct tape or elastic webbing to see how it works for you.
The best way is probably to mount it to a bike helmet. That will be comfortable, but you have to see for yourself if the weight is a problem or not. People have very different limits for how heavy lights they can mount on their heads. Use a piece of webbing (a strap) through the ventilation slots, or just use duct tape.
