Advice on lights for use in harsh environment...?

I use flashlights on the job in a harsh environment. Company supplies (and mandates) maglite rechargeables. I upgraded a few of them with the terralux 300 dropins, but with the P7's and sst's I think we can do better.

The maglite rechargeable is a 6v,2500 ah pack. Flood is better than spot, I need to see everything at 50 yards rather than a tree at 300. Max runtime between recharge is 2 hours, usually much less.

Anyone make a dropin meeting these requirements?

TIA

Welcome to CPF, SRM :)

I've changed your thread title to give a better indication of the topic.

I'm sure members would be interested to know the type of harsh environment you refer to. Extreme heat or cold, high humidity...?

Thanks for the welcome!

Harsh environment is underground.......everything is dirty, water and high humidity, water is basic in pH. Temps at the current location will peak about 95F but can be as high as 120F in other work sites. Standard openings are 15'x15' hence the reason for flood-type lights. I need to see what might be a hazard in my immediate vicinity.

Hope this helps.
