lumapower mvp trouble

Tonight I was changing out my batteries in my lumapower mvp with fresh charged ones and my mvp would not turn on. I also tried two different 18650 and 4 cr123s with no luck Any ideas? Light is only about 4 months old. Both positive ends go towards the bezel assembly right

Lumapower has a lockout feature on many of their lights that require you to turn either the body or head of the light to allow for full functionality. As to what you model may require, you may want to check your user manual for your models specific features.

Also, you might want to check the adjustment/tightness of the switch in the tailcap. LP switches are sensative to tightness and over tight or over loose will cause failure to light up.
