Package it professionally, advertise it with glitz and aplomb, throw in a few unshakeable testimonials ("Gee, Buffy, if the FBI issues it, it HAS to be the best!"), then price it exhorbitantly, and the Yuppies will flock to buy it.

Seen a Sharper Image catalog? Nothing more than Cheaper-Than-Dirt with a bit of class...

A co-worker came to me last week and told me about a FBI flashlight he saw at Hammacher. I pulled it up at my desk and told him, "Oh, a Z2, to high a price". His face fell. Thought he found some new product.

It costs more because it is "Official FBI."

Ask any law enforcement agency whether or not it doesn't cost more when they work with the FBI.
