All this high-output falhslights look great but I really like something selfmade ;). So rright now I'm building a SST-90 Maglite and already build some P7 Maglites. Also thinking of building a warm-white MC-E Maglite.

I am waiting on a JetBeam RRT-3 If it's not to much money.

I have a 3C P7 Mag and an EDC-P7 from Elektrolumens.
I got an MTE P7 2 years ago (only DX/KD was selling P7 torches back then).

EDIT
The P7/MCE/SST lights are too big to EDC.
Maybe I'll get a Preon 2. 160 lumens is not too bad for such a tiny flashlight. Only 50% of the output of the MTE P7.

Once you get a direct drive Luminus SST series LED light homemade or custom built, there is no turning back. All other LED lights will look like small candles. I think this is why the others vote is so dominant.

I got an Olight M30 in exchange for services rendered and I love it. Just got some 18650s to use for it and I gotta say, it is awesome.

I also plan on getting the Maelstrom S1200 from 4sevens and another high lumen light from 4sevens.

And then I gotta swear off high lumens, they're bad for your wallet...

None of the above. None at all, actually. Guess I'm just boring this year.

Edit: Wait. Actually yes, I just recalled the things Modoo is working on with Electron Guru. I want one of everything he's working on. ;-)

Fenix TK40.

Hope there will be more AA monsters - and especially with SST-90 or if Cree comes out with a competitor emitter.
I'm not quite ready for a total plunge into the 18650 lights yet.

Other: just received my new Trustfire TR-1200. Rated at 1200 lumens, probably 800-900 out the front. I just love this thing so far! :twothumbs

I'm keeping an eye out for the upcoming MG PLI SST-50 for a smaller, pocketable light...

im really interested in the eagletac m2xc4 warm and catapult. but leaning towards the eaglatac for its neutral tint, compact size. 1 issue about the catapult that is a big dealbreaker for me.

but im in no rush because there seems to be alot of mega LED lights in the works using the SST emitters.
