E2D LED - warranty question (only through AD?)

Hi guys,

I saw SF's site re: warranty but it doesn't mention anything regarding this, I also ran a search but couldn't find anything specific to my question which is:

Will SF honor warranty only if the light was purchased through an AD?

I'm contemplating picking up an E2D LED and I have a few options in terms of online or local retailer. Cheapest is from online but I just want to make sure that the warranty will be covered should I ever need.

So what say you guys?

The warranty should be covered no matter who you buy or get it from.

Kinda like Snap-On, Mac, Matco, Craftsman.. lifetime warranty:thumbsup:

Part of the reason good tools are worth their price:naughty:

Nice, thx for the quick reply. Gave it some thought and would prefer to support my local economy and it turns out there's a retailer right by me so I'm going to stop by tommorow to see if they stock the new 200 lumens version.
