Probably not. Put it this way... I have never seen the N3 used at a higher voltage than 4.2V, and I myself have never tried it... so there is an element of risk.

It works on each of these cells + CR123A and RCR123A ones.

Sorry for not being clear enough.
That light can take
Option 1) 2xAA cells as long as they are not lithium rechargeables
Option 2) CR123A or RCR123A cells.
You need to add the included extension tube to convert from CR123A mode to 2xAA mode.
