I've been reading some info and I gather Li-ions work in the Ti Titan? Has anybody ever had experience running RcR2s? If so, what are your impressions regarding runtimes, light reactions, and in comparison to primaries and Li-ions? Any brand recommendations seem to work better than others?

In my Titan I use Ultrafire 15270. These are non-protected 3.0V RCR2 li-ion cells. Protected cells used to be available at AW's but are no longer supplied.

The Ultrafire's have a real capacity around 300 mAh which is really not much but if you top them off regularly they can be used without problems. The nice thing is that because they are cheaper than primaries at the first sign of ageing you just throw them away and use a new one.
BTW the 3.0V voltage is well accepted by the Titan's circuit and there are no differences in respect of the primaries.
