Hey guys I got a new Surefie U2 on the way latest version and need to know if I will be ok with 2xRCR123's. Ive looked around and havent found much info.
Newer Surefire U2 run fine with AW 2xRCR123???

They like 18650's if you had a compatible body, or 17670's if you don't 3.0V RCR123's pack very little punch, and 3.7V RCR123's will burn the driver out.
Though, with the new LED's using a buck driver maybe I'm wrong here, but I can't recommend using over 6V at all.
