I plan on making a flashlight with the Phatlight CSM-360 or CMB-360.
Could anyone let me know which one is better and if there is a cheap place to buy these?
Also, what is the best battery setup, 5 x imr26550?

Another thing? What would the optimal closest commercially available reflector be for this LED?

Thanks guys!

I think 3 18650 in sereys 4.2x3 = 13.6 should push 4-5 amps could use 3000ma batterys for a good run time and more amp (mabe 5)max for csm-360 w is 6.3 amps max voltage 14.1

That is not a good idea. Ultrafire 3000mAh cells have high internal resistance and are not made for high current draws!
