Specs on TL-3 LED for real?

Just read the specs on the upcoming Streamlight TL-3 LED.

Wow, 85 lumens for 4 hours (full brightness) on 3x123s. That's a big step up from the SF L4 for just the difference of 1 battery (L4 is 65 lumens for 65 mins).

Are the TL-3 specs over-rated? I guess we won't really know until they start shipping.

Id guess that the 85 lumens is the rating for the LED. Surefire lumens are what comes out the end of the light itself. 4 hours at max brightness still sounds too good to be true tho

these SL ratings are real per their product catalogs I saw at my local gun shop
100 lumens on the LED and 175 on the xenon
