These available to civilians?
Doubt it - according to their website, it looks like that the company is solely a defense contractor. And doing a search on the light comes up with zero civilian purchasing possibilities.

looks awfully goofy of a weapon light. the profile/height that it sticks out away from the light is ridiculous. Probably easier to just buy a Surefire X400. Light and laser in a much smaller compact unit. plus with the remote tailswitch option you can activate it with comfort.

Oerlikon is the German version of GE. They've made cannons, machine guns and lights among other things. I believe they're now a subsidiary of Rhinemetall. In any event, it seems to be their answer to MOLAD-with-a-light.:)

The LLM01 has been in active use by large numbers of British Armed Forces for years. I understand that it is issued by many European countries.
I believe it uses an OEM Laser Devices incandescent bezel.
