Hi all.
I need in a driver with next parameters:
Uin = 9-28 V
Uout = 6 V
Iout = 200-3000 mA

It's driver for powering 2S2P XP-G with ability to dimming from full (1500mA) to min (100 mA):

As far as I understood, there are linear regulator or buck driver available.
I've found Addmteck page with drivers specifications for most popular AMC7135 and few other.
So the question is - what should I prefer?
8 x AMC7135?
4 x AMC7140?
2 x AMC7150?
2 x A718?
4 x A711?

I'm in trouble.
:anyone:

Hi RusDyr,

AMC7135 is not a good idea because Vin max is 6V.

I would suggest the TaskLED drivers:
http://www.taskled.com/hipflex.html
(Not simple nor cheap, though.)

...or this driver:

(Looks very good, too !)

Maybe you could use this driver:

Not sure if you can get more than 1.1A out of one of those, you would need to use at least two, one for each of your parallel circuits.

Have a look at this list, maybe you can find others:
