Streamlight® Excaliber D Cells

Anyone heard of Streamlight® Excalibur D cell flashlights?

They look like Streamlight's answer to the Mag-Lite D cells. So far Leeco is the only online place that I've seen that sells them.

Are they discontinued?

The Streamlights are still sold I think, but aren't nearly as popular or well known as the Maglites. I think that Streamlight is mainly focusing on their rechargeable, and Pro-Polymer lights. The Excaliber is as good as a Maglite. The brighter bulbs from Maglite like the Magnum Star will fit into the Streamlights too.

I seem to remember a lot of cops carrying those around in the early-mid 80s. They're probably comparable to Maglites.
