I want to take a flashlight and from 1volt to 12volts (battery power) CONVERT it to 6voilts. Also short circuit protection will be great. I know that there protected batteries out there BUT I have both.
Any information will be great. I need it small. I am building a e-cigarette modification. Basically it is a bigger and higher volt modification, which makes it work better. It can be compared to a LED flashlight.
