Incendio v3 lanyard ring

I feel like a dummy. Just received the Incendio V3 which seems great so far but I want to remove the pocket clip and install the lanyard clip. I can't figure out how to remove the tail retainer to get to it.

I don't want to force things and I assume (hope) there is an easy way to get this apart.

Any clue?

Mine came with a set of tweezers. Just put the two points in the little holes on the rim of the tail and unscrew it. The clip comes right out and just drop the lanyard loop in and replace the ring. So easy, even I can do it. :crackup:
