making my own led head help needed

im building my own LED head to use for coon hunting at night right now theres 3 or 4 on the market i like but too expensive would like to make my own so i need somewhere i could get a head machined out of aluminum to put a driver,voltage regulator,wires and reflector for 1-5 leds to fit. the reflector is 52.3mm i believe and ill be using p7 or r2 or something similar i want to have a spot type head if anyone knows where i could order something or where i could order the reflectors and LEDS other than dealextreme let me know thanks

also any other LED recomendations will be appreciated

How about just using a Mag head for the head, and cut down the body to eliminate the unnecessary length? Myself and several others in the machining subforums can do this for you.

yea thats an idea how would you seal it just cut the light down to 2-3inches and keep the screw on back
